Yes. Rainbow Six Siege added cross-progression in Year 7 Season 4, in November 2022. Ubisoft says progression is synchronized automatically across platforms linked to the same Ubisoft account, but not every item or record transfers. You also need to own the game on the platform where you want to play.
How cross-progression works
Your Ubisoft account is the link between platforms. Sign in with the same Ubisoft account on each platform, and link the relevant platform accounts to it. Ubisoft says some in-game content may not be shared until you have launched the game on both platforms.
The feature went live with Year 7 Season 4. Ubisoft’s November 22, 2022 announcement describes the synchronization system; its current Siege support article confirms automatic cross-progression.

The 2022 launch explanation says Renown balances were combined, duplicate operators and cosmetics were not added twice, the highest Clearance Level was kept, and Battle Pass progress followed the furthest progression. These are details of the launch-era synchronization; for a specific item or account history, Ubisoft’s current support information is the safer reference.
What may remain platform-specific
Ubisoft warns that not all content carries over. Its 2022 breakdown identified achievements and trophies, equipped cosmetics and loadouts, Situations, tutorial videos, notifications, showcased operators, and options as platform-specific. Because that list is from launch, it should not be treated as a guarantee about every current edge case.

Do not assume that sharing an inventory also makes every competitive statistic or profile record identical. In particular, Ubisoft says PC Rank differs from console Rank.
How to set it up safely
- Check the linked accounts first. Visit Ubisoft’s account-linking instructions and review the Linked accounts section of your Account Information page. Confirm which Ubisoft account is connected to each platform account.
- Use the same Ubisoft account on both platforms. If the accounts are already correctly linked, launch Siege on each platform so eligible content can synchronize.
- Confirm you own Siege on the destination platform. Cross-progression makes eligible saved progress available on a linked platform where you own the game; it does not grant the game for free on every platform.
- If content is missing, check installation and account links. Ubisoft advises checking that the content is correctly installed. Also verify that both platforms are using the intended Ubisoft account and that you have launched the game on each.
- Contact Ubisoft before changing a link. Unlinking can have lasting effects. Ubisoft says a platform account can be relinked only to the Ubisoft account it was originally connected to; moving it to a different Ubisoft account may require contacting support.
Cross-progression is not crossplay
Cross-progression concerns saved progress and eligible content; crossplay concerns matchmaking with players on other platforms. Ubisoft’s Siege crossplay guidance says crossplay is on by default on PC and cannot be turned off there, while it is off by default on consoles. Ubisoft also notes that console matchmaking may include PC Ranked and that PC Rank differs from console Rank. A shared account does not mean every platform uses one unified matchmaking pool or rank.
