Gaijin first suspends the account; you can ask Support to restore it within 30 days. After that window, Gaijin says the account is permanently terminated and cannot be restored. Guest accounts and accounts that use Facebook, Google Play, or Apple ID must request deletion through Support instead.
Choose the right deletion route

Gaijin’s Account Deletion (Suspension) article describes the standard flow and the cases that require a support request. The interface wording may change, so use the official article if the controls differ from these directions.
Delete a standard account
- Sign in to your Gaijin account and open account settings or the Personal Area.
- Select the account deletion option. Gaijin Support describes a “Delete account” link in settings or a confirmation link as part of the process.
- Open the email from Gaijin and follow its instructions. Gaijin says the account is suspended after you complete this confirmation.
Know what deletion means before you confirm
Deletion is not simply a reversible sign-out or account pause. Gaijin’s Privacy Policy says erasure results in complete, irrevocable, permanent deletion of the Gaijin Account. It specifically warns that game progress, in-game assets, and currencies cannot be recovered after deletion. Consider whether you need the account or its contents before confirming the request.
Deletion also does not guarantee a refund. Gaijin’s Terms of Service say that deleting or deactivating an account ends the Terms and that Gaijin is not required to provide refunds, benefits, or other compensation when a user requests deletion.

Suspension, recovery, and permanent deletion
While the account is suspended
Gaijin’s support instructions provide a 30-day window after suspension to request restoration. Contact Gaijin Support and provide the email address associated with the account. The Privacy Policy likewise says users can contact Support within 30 calendar days of suspension; Gaijin will restore the account and inform the user if erasure is still in progress.
After the 30-day window
If you do not restore access within the stated period, Gaijin says the account is completely terminated and cannot be restored. The Privacy Policy says the account and personal data are permanently deleted after the suspension period if the account has not been restored.

Request deletion for a guest or third-party sign-in account
For guest accounts and accounts using Facebook, Google Play, or Apple ID, submit a request through Gaijin Support’s request form rather than relying on the standard account-settings flow. Follow the current form options and give Support an email address you can access. If you are seeking restoration rather than deletion, specify the email associated with the account.
How long erasure can take—and what may remain
Gaijin’s Privacy Policy, last updated August 17, 2026, says personal data is typically deleted within 30 calendar days. If technical issues or the complexity of the request require more time, it says erasure will be completed within two months. These are Gaijin’s stated process timelines, not an independently measured service-level guarantee for every request.

Some information may be retained where Gaijin has a lawful reason. The policy gives examples including purchase records kept to meet tax rules, records relevant to legal disputes or enforcement, and information used for security, cheating, or fraud prevention. It also allows retention under other lawful grounds or in anonymized form, so account deletion should not be read as a promise that every record disappears immediately.

For a privacy right other than account deletion, Gaijin’s Privacy Policy directs users to contact Support after signing in so their identity can be verified. It names the Gaijin Support Portal as the primary contact and lists [email protected] and [email protected]. Check the current policy for the latest contact details and request routes.
