Yes. The Kaiju Paradise Official Wiki lists Panther as a removed Raytraxian and says Hebi replaced it in the V3.1 Revamp Update. The wiki does not give an exact removal date, and its account has not been independently confirmed here by a developer announcement.
Can you still get Panther in Kaiju Paradise?
According to the Kaiju Paradise Official Wiki’s Panther page, there are no legitimate ways to obtain Panther now. The page notes exceptions for moderator commands and for players who already had Panther’s Bestiary entry before its removal. This is the wiki’s report, not an independent check of the live game.
What happened to Panther?
The wiki says Panther was replaced by Hebi in the V3.1 Revamp Update. It does not state the update’s exact calendar date or give a separate date for Panther’s removal.
Why was Panther removed?
The wiki attributes the removal of the contributor’s characters to a request from Panther’s contributor, mystigaron, who wanted to disassociate those characters from the genre on which Kaiju Paradise is based. No primary developer announcement or creator statement was found to independently verify that explanation, so it should be understood as the wiki’s account.
