Speak to the monk, meditate beneath the nearby three-trunk tree, follow the Greenwood character and speak to him at each stop, then eavesdrop on and defeat the Rogue Monks. Finish by returning the Mohist item to the character. The guides vary between “Echo of Sounds” and “Echoes of Sounds,” as well as several character and item names; use the wording shown in your game if it differs.
How to unlock the quest
GameTrek lists the condition as reaching Solo Level 7 and says Divinecraft must be obtained. Its page does not clarify whether these are separate requirements or two descriptions of the unlock, so check that you have both before heading to the quest location. Where to start Divinecraft: Echo of Sounds
Travel to Bodhi Sea in Sundara Land, Qinghe. Bloomveil Monastery is a nearby boundary stone identified by Nerd’s Chalk as a useful travel landmark. Walkthrough: complete each step in order
- Speak to the monk. At Bodhi Sea, talk to the kneeling monk and ask what happened. He is identified as Huiqiao in one guide.
- Meditate beneath the tree. Use the nearby meditation spot at the tree with three trunks. This prompts the Greenwood character to get up.
- Talk to the Greenwood character. Guides call him either the Greenwood Marauder or Greenwood Ruffian. Speak to him when he appears.
- Follow him and speak whenever he stops. He runs ahead and pauses several times. Keep following and talk to him at each stop rather than moving on without him.
- Eavesdrop on the Rogue Monks. Listen to their conversation when prompted. Nerd’s Chalk says it reveals their weaknesses.
- Defeat the Rogue Monks. Toxic Powder is a combat suggestion from Nerd’s Chalk; the available guides do not provide a detailed build or explain specific fight mechanics.
- Return the Mohist item. Give it to the Greenwood character to complete the story step. The item is called the Mohist Manuscript in one guide and Mohist Texts in another; the character is revealed as a Mohist Hill disciple.
What rewards does the quest give?
Available walkthroughs do not establish a formal quest-completion reward: Game8 labels the rewards “No Rewards,” and Nerd’s Chalk says there are no particular rewards. Nerd’s Chalk mentions Toxic Essence, mushrooms, EXP, and coins as possible pickups along the way, but gives no quantities; treat these as incidental finds, not a guaranteed quest payout.
