This is more current than the blanket claim in an April 13, 2023 community discussion that the two could not be used together. That thread predates the v5.34 announcement, so it is historical advice rather than a reliable statement of the later compatibility status.

For distorted, stuck, or misaligned body parts
WickedWhims’ visual-issues guidance identifies conflicting or outdated Sim rig modifications as a likely cause and recommends removing conflicting rig files. Its documentation also warns that body overrides can conflict with one another. Check for outdated or overlapping rig and body override files, and remove conflicting files before attributing a visual problem to this pair.
For general errors or unexplained behavior
WickedWhims’ mods reliability guidance recommends testing with only WickedWhims installed, then investigating other mods if the issue disappears. Use that as an isolation step: it can help identify a conflict in the wider setup, but does not prove Devious Desires is always the cause. Also check whether the game has been patched since the mods were updated.
