Best all-purpose Bellara skills
Game8 lists Replenish, Galvanized Tear, and Time Slow as a Bellara skill configuration. It is a sensible starting point when you want her to contribute sustain and control rather than build the party around one specific primer or detonation. The guide does not establish that this combination is numerically strongest in every situation.
Bellara is one part of a tactical party system, not a standalone build. BioWare describes a customizable ability wheel that lets players pause combat, issue companion commands, use abilities, and trigger combos. The practical question is therefore what your party needs her to do alongside Rook and your other companion.

These are role-based choices, not a universal ranking. A skill that fits one party’s combo plan may be less useful when its required status is missing or another character already covers that role.
Adjust the build for the encounter
Keep the utility/control setup when it serves your party; swap toward Enfeebling Shot or Fade Bolts when you have a clear plan for Weakened or Sundered. The cited guides show companion configurations varying with Rook’s build, which is a reason to treat Bellara’s loadout as a party decision rather than a fixed prescription.

You can experiment without committing to one skill bar. EA says companion abilities can be swapped outside combat, and individual nodes or the full skill tree can be respecced. Make changes between fights when you see a specific gap in sustain, control, or combo setup.
