To complete Toxic Relationships, meet Olivia at the marked truck, find a gas canister in the arena, and load it into the dispenser to summon Toxin. Use ranged attacks while the Chimera is perched on pillars, avoid its toxic pools, and switch to close-range damage when it comes down.
Meet Olivia and reach the arena
Follow the active quest marker to Olivia, who is waiting in a truck near the waypoint. Neoseeker places the area west of the Monastery and notes that the map’s orientation can make compass directions confusing, so use the marker rather than relying on cardinal directions alone. Find the gas canister
Search the arena’s bushes for the canister. The location descriptions in walkthroughs differ: Neoseeker places it on the southern side, while another guide describes it near a barrier and stone. Load the dispenser to start the fight

How to beat Toxin
Attack while it is elevated
Toxin climbs onto pillars and fires toxic projectiles that leave hazardous pools on the ground. Use ranged attacks while it is elevated, keep moving, and avoid standing in contaminated areas.
Switch to close-range damage when it lands
When Toxin comes down, close the distance and use a strong melee weapon. The cited walkthrough guidance recommends changing tactics with the boss’s position rather than trying to fight from one range throughout the encounter. Neoseeker’s walkthrough

Control the extra infected
Other infected may arrive or be drawn into the fight. Deal with them when they are interrupting your attacks or putting you under pressure, then return your focus to Toxin.
