Yes. Logitech lists The Crew 2 as compatible with the G923. If you play on a console, choose the G923 version that matches it; Logitech lists both console variants as compatible with PC, too.
Which G923 version should you use?
Logitech sells two G923 variants. Its product page lists PC compatibility for both, but console compatibility depends on the version:

Logitech’s G923/G29/G920 game compatibility list includes The Crew 2, and the G923 product page also names the game. That supports a manufacturer-listed compatibility answer for the wheel model.

It does not establish that force feedback, TrueForce, button mapping, setup, or recognition works identically on every platform or launcher. Ubisoft’s PC specifications article discusses peripherals in general but does not specifically confirm the G923.
Is the wheel required?
No source here says a G923 is required to play The Crew 2. This is a compatibility confirmation for people who want to use that wheel, not a requirement to purchase one.
