Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s two-part DAIMA: Adventure Through the Demon Realm DLC is now available, and Bandai Namco says it includes story content not seen in the anime. What the DAIMA DLC adds
The add-on adapts Dragon Ball DAIMA into a two-part adventure, while also adding game-original material. It requires the base game, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

Part 1: The Third Demon Realm
Released July 17, 2025, Part 1 sends Goku (Mini) and companions Glorio, Shin, and Panzy through the Third Demon Realm. Bandai Namco describes battles against the Tamagami and Gendarmerie, Goku (Mini)’s Power Pole technique, and original story content not shown in the anime, including Panzy’s Room. Part 2: The First and Second Demon Worlds

Does it add a scene to the anime’s epilogue?
That has not been established by the official material cited for the DLC. Bandai Namco confirms that Part 1 has original story content absent from the anime, but does not identify a specific scene or connect that content to the anime’s epilogue. Part 2’s announcement describes additional DAIMA story and battles, not an epilogue scene.
So the precise answer is: the DLC adds game-original story material, but the claim that it extends the anime’s epilogue with a particular new scene is unverified. “Original story content” alone is not enough to confirm that more specific description.

Bandai Namco announced the two-part pack on February 28, 2025; Part 1 followed on July 17, 2025, and Part 2 on January 15, 2026. In its Part 2 announcement, the publisher also reported that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot had passed 10 million units sold since its 2020 launch.
