Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2’s Legendary Pack 2 DLC was released for purchase on November 5, 2021. The official announcements confirm the date, but do not give an exact release hour or time zone. The free update was scheduled for November 4 in Japan, one day before the paid DLC.
Was there an exact release time?
No exact clock time is stated in the official material. The DRAGON BALL OFFICIAL SITE announcement published November 2, 2021 gives November 5 as the DLC purchase date, and the Nintendo US store listing also lists November 5, 2021. Neither provides a launch hour or time zone, so a midnight launch or a local-time conversion cannot be confirmed from these sources.

Why are there two dates?
The November 4 date applies to the free update in Japan, not the paid Legendary Pack 2 DLC. The official Dragon Ball announcement says the update would be available in Japan on Thursday, November 4, and the DLC would be available for purchase the next day, November 5. The date distinction is explicit; the announcement does not establish a worldwide update schedule.
What does Legendary Pack 2 include?

Nintendo says the Switch DLC requires Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for Nintendo Switch. For other platforms, check the relevant store listing to confirm that the DLC is compatible with your game edition and platform.
