As of October 8, 2026, you can no longer preorder the game or gain early access. Most preorder rewards have also passed their redemption deadlines, so treat any current listing as a purchase of the game—not as a way to secure preorder extras.
Can you still preorder EA FC 26?
No. FC 26 is already released, and its preorder period and Ultimate Edition early-access window are over. EA’s Standard Edition preorder offer expired at 23:00 UTC on September 25, 2025, for PC, and at 00:00 local consumer time on September 26, 2025, for other platforms. The Ultimate Edition’s limited additional preorder reward had an earlier cutoff: August 26, 2025. EA’s release information and preorder terms give the relevant dates.
Current availability and price depend on your region, platform storefront, and whether you are looking for a digital copy or remaining physical stock. The available official listings do not establish a complete, current price table by edition, platform, and region. Check the relevant store for the live price, and do not treat a launch price or old preorder offer as a current deal.
What was the difference between FC 26 Standard and Ultimate Edition?
Both editions were offered for multiple platforms, but Ultimate Edition had additional in-game content and a week of early access. EA’s platform-specific offer terms also listed differences for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, and exclusions for physical editions. The table summarizes the offer as it was advertised; these preorder benefits are not a reason to buy a current copy.

What were the FC 26 preorder bonuses?
Standard Edition
EA advertised Standard Edition preorder content, but eligibility ended at launch: 23:00 UTC September 25, 2025, for PC, and midnight local consumer time September 26 for other platforms. EA’s offer page says preorder content generally would not be available if redeemed after September 26, 2026. That general cutoff has passed as of October 8, 2026.

Ultimate Edition
The Ultimate Edition offer included early access, FC Points, an extra Ultimate Team Evolution slot, the Season 1 Premium Pass, and additional career and Clubs content. The limited extra reward package required purchase by August 26, 2025. Switch and Switch 2 were advertised with up to 4,500 FC Points rather than the up-to-6,000 available on other platforms; Switch and physical editions also excluded the FC 25 content described in the general offer.
Reward delivery was subject to redemption steps and platform and account conditions. EA’s terms set earlier deadlines for Ultimate Edition FC Points: the initial steps had to be completed by June 15, 2026, to receive the full allocation, and redemptions after September 15, 2026, did not grant FC Points. Both dates have passed. See EA’s dated redemption terms and offer details.

How much was FC 26 Ultimate Edition?
There is no reliable universal price to quote for Ultimate Edition: price varied by platform and region, and the available official information does not establish a complete launch-price table. A current price must be checked in the relevant PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, PC, or other storefront. Compare the listing’s platform, edition, format, and region, and distinguish a current sale price from a launch price. Physical stock can also vary by retailer.
What to check before buying FC 26 now
- Platform and console generation: Confirm the store page matches your console or PC. EA’s terms describe PS4/PS5 and Xbox One/Series X|S products that include both generations, but verify the specific listing.
- Digital or physical: The format matters because EA’s general Ultimate offer excluded FC 25 content for physical editions; preorder content itself has expired.
- Edition and actual inclusions: Do not assume a current Ultimate Edition listing grants preorder-only items, early access, or expired FC Points.
- PC account requirements: Steam’s listing requires linked EA and Steam accounts; some content requires redemption and connected EA servers. Check the platform information for the applicable terms.
- Live price and stock: Verify the regional storefront or retailer at checkout. The available official information does not confirm today’s price or physical availability.
Do FC 26 preorder bonuses still work?
Do not count on them. The Standard Edition offer ended at launch, EA says preorder content generally would not be available when redeemed after September 26, 2026, and the Ultimate Edition FC Points deadlines passed in June and September 2026. A specific item’s availability can depend on EA’s platform-specific terms and prior redemption, but a newly purchased copy should not be assumed to include preorder rewards.
