The report said downtime had ended and outlined upcoming Fortnite OG seasons and The Big Bang event, but it is secondary coverage rather than a complete, independently verified official changelog.
Which Fortnite version did update 4.07 install?
MP1st’s November 21, 2023 report identifies update 4.07 with patch v27.11. That conflicts with “v21.11” in the supplied headline; the contemporaneous report does not substantiate v21.11 for this release. Read the MP1st report.

What did the report say was included?
MP1st described Epic’s released notes as covering cosmetic gating and the forthcoming Big Bang event. The report does not provide a complete official changelog, and Epic’s primary patch notes for this release were not located. Treat that description as secondary reporting, not a definitive list of every change.
What schedule was announced?
Fortnite OG Seasons 9 and X
MP1st reproduced a Fortnite Status message saying: “Downtime for v27.11 #FortniteOG has ended. Chapter 1, Seasons 9 and X will arrive on 11/23 at 9 AM!” The message, as reproduced in the report, places their arrival on November 23, 2023 at 9 AM; the report does not specify a time zone for that announcement.
