Which characters were on the Version 5.2 banners?
| Phase | Featured characters | Debuts and reruns |
|---|---|---|
| Phase I | Chasca, Ororon, and Lyney | Chasca and Ororon debuted; Lyney returned in a rerun. |
| Phase II | Zhongli and Neuvillette | Both characters returned in reruns. |
HoYoverse’s official announcement, carried by PlayStation.Blog, stated that the first phase would welcome Chasca and Ororon’s debuts with Lyney’s rerun, followed by reruns of Zhongli and Neuvillette in the second phase.
Why was the lineup described as a leak?
The lineup was initially discussed ahead of the update, but the official announcement confirmed it in November 2024. It should therefore be treated as a confirmed past banner schedule, not a prediction or a set of wishes currently available. The Version 5.2 preview was published November 8, 2024, before the update arrived on November 20; official phase previews followed on November 18 and December 5.
What was Version 5.2 about?
Version 5.2 was titled “Tapestry of Spirit and Flame.” HoYoverse introduced two Natlan tribes, the Flower-Feather Clan and the Masters of the Night-Wind, and highlighted aerial movement and combat associated with the new characters. The official announcement described the update as arriving November 20, 2024.
