When did the God of War Ragnarök review embargo lift?
MP1st reported that reviews could be published beginning November 3, 2022, at 9 a.m. PDT, noon EDT, 4 p.m. GMT and 5 p.m. CEST. The Loadout independently reported the same schedule. MP1st’s embargo schedule also gives the Hong Kong conversion as 12 a.m. HKT on November 4.

How does the embargo date differ from the release date?
The embargo date was when reviews could be published, not the game’s launch date. PlayStation announced that God of War Ragnarök would release for PS5 and PS4 on November 9, 2022—six days after the reported review window opened. Sony’s PlayStation Blog announcement confirms the platforms and release date; it does not announce the review embargo.
The embargo schedule comes from contemporaneous reporting by MP1st and The Loadout, rather than the cited official PlayStation announcement. The dates are historical: the embargo has long since lifted and the game has been released.
