Hades II v1.0 launched worldwide on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), or the corresponding local time. That was 16:00 UTC. The September date was the full launch after Early Access; the standard physical Nintendo Switch game card followed on November 20, 2025.
When did Hades II 1.0 come out?
Supergiant Games announced the September 25 date on September 12, 2025, then confirmed the v1.0 launch on launch day. The developer described the release as worldwide at 9 a.m. PDT “or your local time.” PDT was UTC−7 on that date, making the stated start 16:00 UTC. That is a conversion of the announced time, not a separate storefront schedule.
The date marks the end of Early Access and the full v1.0 release, not the first time anyone could play Hades II. PC players who already owned the Early Access version on Steam or the Epic Games Store were promised v1.0 as a free automatic update. Supergiant’s v1.0 announcement covers the date and upgrade details.
What time was the worldwide launch?
The official start was 9:00 a.m. PDT on September 25, 2025. Convert that time for the location and date you care about; it did not mean 9 a.m. in every time zone. Supergiant’s September 18 announcement gave the worldwide time as “9am PDT … or your local time.”
