Rather than trying to optimize every activity at once, identify the immediate bottleneck: do you need materials, a crafted item, progress on a quest, or time for another activity? Use that answer to choose what to gather or make next. The game’s workshop, town tasks and exploration are connected, so progress in one area can support another.

Crafting is a central progression path. Focus Entertainment describes crafting hundreds of items at a worktable and developing a run-down workshop into a production facility on its game page. Treat the worktable and your machines as parts of a production chain: gather the resources you need, craft or process them, then use the resulting items for town tasks or further workshop development.

Commissions and resource help
Commissions give you another reason to produce and deliver items, while quests can direct you toward new objectives. If a commission or recipe is blocked, check what it asks for and work backward to the missing material or crafted component. A Steam community guide discusses commissions, resources and processing chains, but it states that it was current as of July 1, 2022. Its specific quantities, deadlines and rules are historical guidance, not a reliable statement of current mechanics; check the relevant in-game request and recipe before committing resources or time. Combat
The publisher describes both melee and third-person shooting mechanics. That overview establishes the broad combat options, but it does not provide verified boss tactics, drop tables or character builds.
