Is the Warbond a physical PS5 disc?

No. The Warbond is described as in-game content, not a disc product. PlayStation Direct’s US listing identifies Helldivers 2 for PS5 as a disc edition of the base game, developed by Arrowhead Game Studios AB and published by PlayStation Studios/Sony Interactive Entertainment. That distinction matters if you still need the base game: the disc edition is the game, while the Warbond is an add-on requiring the base game.
