The strongest match for the “Hatsune Miku & Persona 5” September release is a Project Sekai feat. Hatsune Miku × Persona 5 Royal merchandise collaboration announced September 10–11, 2026. It includes keychains, T-shirts, glitter acrylic blocks, a plush and a chibi figure, with planned Japanese release months from February through May 2027. These are merchandise release plans—not a new Persona game release or confirmed delivery dates.
The title alone does not identify a unique collaboration. The announcement is the best-supported match, but it is separate from the earlier Hatsune Miku event in Persona 5: The Phantom X.
What is the September Hatsune Miku and Persona 5 crossover?
It is a set of physical goods combining Project Sekai feat. Hatsune Miku and Persona 5 Royal artwork. Sega’s Weekly Diva Station covered the announcement on September 11, 2026, and Crypton Future Media’s Hatsune Miku Official Blog posted details on September 10. The listed items feature virtual singers and Miku merchandise, presented in a Persona 5 Royal crossover. The announced schedule spans five product types, with the first planned for February 2027.

How is this different from the Persona 5: The Phantom X Miku event?
Persona 5: The Phantom X had a separate in-game Hatsune Miku collaboration. Sega described Miku as a ★5 character and the event as including music-game play with Miku songs, boss battles, event points and in-game appearances. The cited event and pickup end time was July 16, 2026 at 10:59 Japan time, so that event is not the September merchandise announcement. Sega’s June 26, 2026 update covers the game event.

Is this the Persona 5 Royal September fashion collection?
No. Sega also announced a separate Persona 5 Royal collaboration with fashion brand beautiful people in September 2026. That collection includes a reversible denim jacket, T-shirts, bags and mini wallets, and the announcement gives an October 2, 2026 Japan release start.
