Nintendo’s July 31, 2025 Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase featured games from third-party publishing partners for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch. Its roughly 25-minute presentation covered new installments, remasters, sports and action games, and a handful of demos and other announcements. The dates below are the release plans Nintendo announced at the time; they are not a guide to what is currently available.
Nintendo described the presentation as “roughly 25 minutes of information” on upcoming games for Switch 2 and Switch from its publishing partners. The full lineup included titles exclusive to one system as well as games announced for both, so check the platform column rather than assuming a game supports both consoles. Nintendo’s July 31, 2025 recap is the source for the descriptions, platforms and announcement-era release plans below.

How to read the dates and platform list
- The dates are historical announcements. They reflect Nintendo’s July 31, 2025 recap, not confirmation that a game remains upcoming or is available today.
- “Switch” and “Switch 2” are not interchangeable. Several titles were announced for just one system; cross-platform support is listed only where Nintendo announced both.
- Some announcements were about specific editions or add-ons. That includes the Switch 2 Edition of Romancing SaGa 2, the enhanced Switch 2 version of Yakuza Kiwami, and Hello Kitty Island Adventure DLC.
Nintendo’s UK event page separately listed the Adventures of Elliot demo, the Romancing SaGa 2 Switch 2 Edition, the SHINOBI demo and Chillin’ by the Fire under “Available to play today!” at the time. Its pre-order listings likewise describe the page’s state around the event, not current availability.
