PlayStation Plus members could add three Monthly Games to their libraries from January 7 through February 3, 2025: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (PS5), Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered (PS4), and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe (PS4 and PS5). That claim window has ended, and Sony noted that offers could vary by region. Sony’s January 1, 2025 announcement has the official lineup details.
Which games were included in January 2025?
| Game | Platform in the offer | What kind of game is it? |
|---|---|---|
| Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League | PS5 | Third-person action-adventure shooter set in an open-world Metropolis, playable solo or in multiplayer co-op. |
| Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered | PS4 | Racing as either an outlaw or a cop; Sony’s description also notes cross-platform multiplayer and additional DLC content. |
| The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe | PS4 and PS5 | An expanded re-imagining with new content, choices, and secrets, plus accessibility features such as colorblind options and content warnings. |
These platform and game descriptions are from Sony’s January 2025 post.

When could members claim them?
The games were available to add from January 7 through February 3, 2025. That was a limited historical offer, not a current claim window. Sony advised members to check the PlayStation Store for their region because the PlayStation Plus lineup may differ by region.
What did “free” mean?
These were PlayStation Plus Monthly Games included as a membership benefit during the stated claim period; they were not unrestricted free-to-play releases. The offer was aimed at PlayStation Plus members, and access depended on the membership benefit rather than a permanent free download for everyone.
