To investigate St. Halssius’s House of Healing in Crimson Desert, get inside by sneaking over the roof, buying a priest outfit, or presenting a Visitor Pass. Once inside, go to the second floor, find Yann, and follow him through the escape sequence to the Nas River Fishing Dock. The objective appears in the Homestead story sequence after “Return of the Comrade”; use your current in-game objective text if the quest name differs.
Where the House of Healing objective fits
Walkthroughs place the investigation in Chapter 3’s Homestead story sequence, after “Return of the Comrade,” under the quest name “Familiar Curses.” A later game-data page uses “Foul-Mouthed Reunion” for the corresponding mission, so names may vary by version or source. Head to St. Halssius’s House of Healing in Hernand and follow the objective shown in your game. PowerPyx’s walkthrough describes the objective as investigating a reported Greymane disturbance.

How to enter St. Halssius’s House of Healing
Guides document three entry methods. Their reported costs are 0 Silver for stealth and 10 Silver for either paid option. Exposure and convenience depend on the route; the sources do not establish one universally safest choice for every player or build.

Find Yann and finish the objective
- Enter the building using one of the documented routes.
- Go to the second floor and look among the patients for Yann.
- Follow Yann through the escape sequence. Walkthroughs place the endpoint at the Nas River Fishing Dock.
Game8 identifies Yann’s location, while PowerPyx also lists the fishing dock as the endpoint.
If progress does not trigger after entering
Pearl Abyss’s official Version 1.12.00 patch notes, dated June 19, 2026, report a fix for a progression issue that occurred when entering the House of Healing with all four pieces of the St. Halssius Priest Outfit equipped and a Visitor Pass in inventory. This records a fixed issue, not a confirmed problem on later builds. If the objective stalls, check your in-game objective and current patch version; the note does not describe behavior in builds after 1.12.00.
