Curios in Honkai: Star Rail are run-changing items whose effects can improve Blessing choices, combat, healing, or resources—or impose a cost. There is no single timeless Curio list: the game groups Curios by modes, and a genuinely complete effect list across every current mode is not established by the available references. This guide explains the mode boundaries and details established effects from the Simulated Universe reference.
Updated through October 8, 2026; the official HoYoWiki index was accessed on that date.
Why there is no single all-mode Curio list
Curio availability and effects depend on the game mode. HoYoWiki separates Curios into Simulated Universe, Swarm Disaster, Gold and Gears, and Unknowable Domain; it also has Curio material associated with Divergent Universe. Use the official HoYoWiki Curios index to identify the mode grouping rather than treating every name as part of one universal pool.
The current HoYoWiki index and Star Rail Station’s Simulated Universe Curios index show a broader, newer set of names than older lists, including Pineapple, Plaguenest, and Written in Water. The accessible index entries do not provide those Curios’ effects. The detailed KeqingMains Curios reference describes many established Simulated Universe effects, but does not establish complete current coverage across all modes. Accordingly, the effects below are documented examples, not a verified exhaustive catalog.
#1 Best Overall
- Painted and finished product
- Scale: 1/7
- (Size) Total Height: Approx. 7.9 inches (200 mm); Total Length: Approx. 9.8 inches (250 mm) (including pedestal)
- Materials: PVC & ABS
An older Honkai: Star Rail Wiki (Fandom) Simulated Universe page claims 82 Curios. That is an older, mode-specific page count—not a current total across all modes.
Established Simulated Universe Curio effects
These entries are drawn from the KeqingMains Simulated Universe effect reference. Their trigger wording matters: some activate after a battle, others when combat begins, and some depend on actions or item destruction.

- Honkai: Star Rail Fugue 1/8 Figure Stellar Luck Ver.
| Curio | Trigger | Effect and limits |
|---|---|---|
| Dimension Reduction Dice | After a battle, when choosing Blessings | Lets you choose one additional Blessing while reducing the number of options available. It is destroyed after the selection effect triggers twice. |
| Ambergris Cheese | After winning a battle | Restores HP to all allies equal to 30% of each ally’s own Max HP. |
| The Doctor’s Robe | On entering battle | Restores Path Resonance Energy to maximum and increases Path Resonance damage by 40%. |
| Sealing Wax Curios | On obtaining the Curio and in later post-battle Blessing selection | Each grants a random Blessing from its associated Path and increases that Path’s appearance chance in later post-battle selection. The associated Path varies by Curio. |
| Infinitely Recursive Code | When a character uses a Skill; after the code is fixed | Before repair, temporarily consumes an extra Skill Point after a character uses a Skill. Once fixed, characters using Basic ATK restore one extra Skill Point. |
Error-code Curios: account for the repair period
Several Error-code Curios in the detailed reference take three battles to fix. Their effects can be harmful before repair and beneficial afterward, so read both the current penalty and the post-repair effect rather than judging the Curio by only one phase. Infinitely Recursive Code is one example; the specific behavior is listed above.
Gold and Gears example: Interastral Big Lotto
In Gold and Gears, Interastral Big Lotto can grant a random Blessing when destructible objects are destroyed. There is also a small chance the Curio destroys itself; when that happens, all team members lose Energy and Technique Points. Technique Points are a resource used for Techniques, as described in HoYoWiki’s Technique and Technique Points entry. The Blessing opportunity therefore comes with a possible run cost, not a guaranteed positive result.

How to evaluate a Curio in your run
- Check the mode. A name or effect in one Simulated Universe variant should not be assumed to appear in another mode.
- Read the trigger. Distinguish effects that happen after winning a battle from those that activate on entering combat or after a particular action.
- Include the full effect window. For conditional or repair-based Curios, consider both the initial effect and what changes after its condition is met.
- Check costs and limits. A selection advantage, resource change, or combat benefit may be paired with reduced options, self-destruction, resource loss, or a limited number of triggers.
These differences make a universal ranking misleading: a Curio’s value depends on its mode, timing, team, and the state of the run.
