Sign in to the Ubisoft account you want to use, open Account Information, select Linked accounts, find PlayStation, and choose Link. Follow the prompts in the pop-up window. You can also link by launching a Ubisoft game and signing in to Ubisoft Connect when prompted. [Ubisoft Help]
Link your PlayStation account through Ubisoft Account Information
- Go to Ubisoft Account Information and sign in to the Ubisoft account you intend to use.
- Open Linked accounts.
- Find PlayStation and select Link.
- Complete the instructions in the pop-up window, then check that the intended PlayStation account appears as linked.
Ubisoft also offers an in-game route: launch a Ubisoft game and sign in to Ubisoft Connect when prompted. Make sure you sign in to the Ubisoft account you want associated with your PlayStation account. [Ubisoft Help]
What linking does—and what it does not do
Linking can enable cross-play and cross-progression when the particular Ubisoft game and platform support those features. Cross-progression lets you access game progression on platforms linked to your Ubisoft account where you own the game. Linking alone does not give you a copy of a game on another platform, and availability varies by title and platform. [Ubisoft Help]
Rules can also differ by game. For example, Ubisoft’s For Honor FAQ lists PlayStation Network among the participating platforms for that game’s cross-progression and says only one account per participating platform may be linked for that feature. That is a For Honor-specific rule, not a universal limit for every Ubisoft game. [Ubisoft]

If Ubisoft says your PlayStation account is already linked
That error may mean the PlayStation account is connected to a different Ubisoft account. Check which Ubisoft account you are signed in to and which PlayStation account you are trying to connect. Ubisoft’s general guidance says to contact support if you want to link a different platform account; it does not guarantee that support can transfer progression or change every association. Verify the accounts involved before making a change. Ubisoft warns that unlinking can affect access to games and subscriptions; content bought through a platform’s store may no longer be accessible through the unlinked arrangement.
