Enscrolled Crepusculum was a limited-time Version 3.0 event in Honkai: Star Rail, running February 3–24, 2025, server time. Its five stages centered on raising combat buffs by exploiting enemy mechanics, then earning points by clearing waves within a cycle limit. The event has ended, so this is a retrospective guide to its requirements, format and rewards.

When the event ran and who could participate

HoYoverse scheduled Enscrolled Crepusculum from February 3, 2025, at 12:00 through February 24, 2025, at 03:59 server time. Participation required Trailblaze Level 21 or higher. Players could use Finality’s Vision to access the event early; HoYoverse recommended completing the Amphoreus Trailblaze Mission “Hero, Bear Thy Coreflame” first. See the Version 3.0 announcement for the original schedule and requirements.

How the five stages worked

The event sent players to find five scrolls across Amphoreus and complete five combat stages. Stages 1–4 each featured a key enemy with a Mutation Mechanic and an associated Stage Buff. Activating the mechanic increased the buff’s rank, strengthening the team during the stage. The official event rules, preserved in the event reference, describe the stage structure.

Stages 1–4: build the buff, then score

Each of the first four stages split into two phases:

  • Decorative collectable without batteries required, perfect for display on shelves and environments of fans of the Honkai universe: Star Rail
  • Buff Buildup: A three-cycle countdown ran while enemies continuously refreshed. Trigger the key enemy’s Mutation Mechanic to raise the Stage Buff rank as much as possible before time runs out.
  • Final Showdown: The fight shifted to a four-cycle scoring phase. The buff rank could no longer increase, so the goal was to defeat as many enemy waves as possible. Clearing the stage with cycles remaining earned extra points.

In practice, the setup phase rewarded recognizing and repeatedly using the featured enemy mechanic; the scoring phase rewarded turning the resulting buff into fast wave clears. The rules establish this shared structure, but not a verified complete breakdown of every stage’s specific mechanic and buff.

Stage 5: the Titan challenge

After completing stages 1–4, players selected two of the Stage Buffs they had accumulated and took them into a separate four-cycle wave challenge against the Titan. This final stage used a scoring fight rather than the earlier stages’ Buff Buildup and Final Showdown split.

Scoring and team selection

For stages 1–4, consider the two phases as separate jobs: maximize buff rank during the three-cycle buildup, then clear waves quickly during the four-cycle showdown. Remaining cycles after a stage clear add points, making speed in the final phase valuable. In the Titan challenge, choose the two accumulated buffs that best support your available team and the wave fight.

Trial characters were not a universal roster for the whole event. A contemporaneous first-day guide listed Robin, Feixiao, Moze, Imaginary Hunt March 7th and Aventurine as trial options for that day; that lineup should not be assumed to apply to every stage. The guide also framed 80,000 as a high-score target, not as a documented requirement to finish the event or claim its rewards.

Event rewards

The event’s documented aggregate rewards included 500 Stellar Jade and one Track of Destiny, along with other materials and Credits. The listed secondary rewards included Relic Remains, Traveler’s Guide, Refined Aether, Lost Crystal and Seedling of Manas; exact secondary quantities are not stated here.

What the event’s story was about

The official announcement introduced the event with a lost child in Okhema: “A lost child has appeared in the bustling market of Okhema. She glances around, seemingly trying to find something…” That narrative hook accompanied the search for scrolls across Amphoreus.
