Spend Units in Ubisoft Connect by opening the selected game’s Rewards section, choosing an available reward, and redeeming it. On console, select Get it; Ubisoft says the reward should be available in-game the next time you launch the game. What you can redeem depends on the game, platform, and region.
Redeem a game reward on console
- From the game’s main menu, open the Ubisoft Connect overlay.
- Choose Rewards and select an item from the available rewards.
- Select Get it to redeem the reward.
- Launch the game again if necessary. Ubisoft says redeemed content should be available the next time the game launches. Ubisoft’s console instructions provide this flow.
If the game has no Rewards tab, Ubisoft says that title does not support Ubisoft Connect rewards.
Find and redeem rewards on PC
- Open Ubisoft Connect PC and select the game’s page.
- Open that game’s Rewards section.
- Select the reward you want and follow the redemption button shown in the client. Labels can vary as Ubisoft updates the interface. Ubisoft’s PC instructions describe this route.
For rewards across platforms, link your Ubisoft account with the relevant platform account. Linking does not guarantee that every reward is available on every game or platform; check the game’s listing.
What can Units be spent on?
Game-specific rewards
Each supported game has its own Rewards catalog. Ubisoft says rewards can include in-game currency or content, and some listings require you to complete a task before redeeming them. Check the reward’s displayed Unit cost and conditions in the game’s Rewards section; catalogs and requirements can change.

Choose a redemption that fits
- For a game item, compare its displayed Unit cost with how useful the item is to you, and check for any task requirement.
