In Black Ops 6’s documented Season 01 system, the Armory unlocked at Player Level 24. Opened through Barracks > Challenges, it let you activate eligible missed Battle Pass or Event Loadout content, then earn XP in gameplay toward unlocking it. Activision’s documentation describes the original system; it does not confirm that every player can access the Armory in October 2026.
How to unlock the Armory in Black Ops 6
Activision introduced the Armory with Season 01 in November 2024 for Black Ops 6 Multiplayer, Zombies, and Call of Duty: Warzone. The documented unlock requirement was Player Level 24, and the Armory appeared in the Level Unlock Menu at that level. Its original menu path was Barracks > Challenges. - Reach Player Level 24.
- Open Barracks > Challenges and choose the Armory.
- Select and activate an eligible item.
- Earn XP through gameplay. XP then progresses the activated item’s unlock.
Activision did not specify that XP had to come from one particular mode. Its progression help page says Black Ops 6 Multiplayer and Zombies contribute XP toward the game’s 55 Player Levels, while Warzone gameplay also counts toward overall player progression starting in Season 01. What items the Armory was meant to unlock
For Black Ops 6, Activision described the Armory as a way to earn Loadout content missed in earlier Battle Passes and Events. An event weapon missed during its event, for example, was likely to become available through the Armory after the event ended. That wording does not guarantee that every missed reward automatically appears or is available now; check the items shown in your game.

Warzone’s documented Armory scope also included certain legacy content beyond Black Ops 6: missed MWII and MWIII weapons, including seasonal Battle Pass and challenge weapons, as well as specified MWIII Armory-exclusive attachments and Aftermarket Parts. This additional legacy scope was described for Warzone and should not be assumed to apply in the same way to Black Ops 6 Multiplayer or Zombies. Activision’s Season 01 announcement

Does the Armory still work for everyone?
Current universal access is unconfirmed. Activision’s support and announcement pages describe the Season 01 design, but they do not establish that every player can still open or use the Armory in October 2026. Player-post titles asking whether the Armory is “fixed” or “closed” are anecdotal and do not establish a game-wide problem, its cause, or a fix. Activision’s progression guidance covers leveling rather than confirming current Armory availability.
If the Armory is missing or an item will not progress, first check the in-game Barracks and Challenges menus and confirm you have reached the documented level gate. The official sources cited here do not identify a current troubleshooting procedure or explain what to do if the menu remains unavailable.

Does progress carry across platforms?
Activision says progression is tied to your Activision account and continues across platforms linked to that same account. Activision account-linking guidance explains linked accounts. That account-level progression rule does not, by itself, confirm that the Armory is available in every current game client.
