Open the cheat console while you are in a game, enter the command for your platform, then confirm it. On PC and Mac, use testingcheats true; on Xbox and PlayStation, use testingcheats on. Before enabling cheats on a console, note that EA says it disables achievements for that save.
Before you enable testingcheats on console
On Xbox and PlayStation, enabling testingcheats disables achievements for the current save game. EA says achievements remain enabled in your other saves. If you want achievements in the save you are playing, do not enable the cheat there.
