How the 11 story missions are counted

Rockstar groups both strands under the Los Santos Drug Wars story in GTA Online. Its 2023 announcement about bonuses for the content also refers to story missions in both The First Dose and The Last Dose: Get 2X GTA$ and RP on All Los Santos Drug Wars Story Missions.
Do Fooligan Jobs count as Dax missions?
Not in the 11-mission story total. Rockstar lists Fooligan Jobs as a separate activity available through Dax after completing First Dose – Welcome to the Troupe. Its GTAV Title Update 1.64 Notes distinguish the six story missions from five Fooligan Jobs initially available through Dax.
So, if by “Dax missions” you mean the Los Santos Drug Wars story, the answer is 11. If you also mean jobs requested from Dax, those are additional Freemode activities, not extra chapters in the First Dose/Last Dose story count.
