To redeem a Ubisoft Connect reward in Rainbow Six Siege, open the game’s Ubisoft Connect menu or open Siege in Ubisoft Connect PC, go to Rewards, select the item, and choose Get it. Ubisoft says the reward should be available in-game the next time you launch Siege. If you have a promotional code or are waiting for a Ranked reward, those use different steps.
Redeem a Ubisoft Connect reward
- Sign in to the Ubisoft account linked to the platform account you use to play Siege.
- Open Rainbow Six Siege. On console, select Ubisoft Connect from the main menu to open the overlay. On PC, open Siege’s game page in Ubisoft Connect PC or use the in-game overlay.
- Open Rewards, select the reward you want, and choose Get it.
- Launch Siege again if needed, then check the relevant part of your in-game inventory. Ubisoft says Connect rewards are available the next time you launch the game (Ubisoft Help: Unlocking Ubisoft Connect rewards on console; Ubisoft Help: Challenges and Rewards in Ubisoft Connect).
Some rewards require completing a specified task before they can be unlocked. Ubisoft also requires the relevant platform account to be linked to your Ubisoft account for access across platforms. Ubisoft Connect Units are loyalty-program units, not cash; the program terms say they have no monetary or real-world value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money (Ubisoft Help; Ubisoft Connect Loyalty Program terms).

Check which kind of reward you have

Do not enter a promotional code in the Rewards menu or try to redeem Units on the code site: Ubisoft describes these as separate processes.
Find the reward in Siege
For most purchased or earned content, complete the tutorial first. Ubisoft lists packs, Operators, and operator, gear, weapon, and device customisations under Locker. To find a booster, open your profile from the main menu and select Booster. If the item still does not appear, check that the relevant unlockable content is installed on your platform (Ubisoft Help: Locating unlocked content in Rainbow Six Siege).

If the reward is missing
- It is not listed in Rewards: Confirm that you are signed into the Ubisoft account linked to the platform account you use for Siege. Check whether the offer requires an eligibility task. Ubisoft may change the available rewards, so an item or price mentioned elsewhere may no longer be current (Ubisoft Connect Loyalty Program terms).
- You selected Get it, but cannot find the item: Launch Siege again, then check Locker for packs or customisations and your profile’s Booster area for boosters. Make sure the relevant content is installed.
- You are waiting for a Ranked reward: Ubisoft says the reward is based on the highest Rank you achieved and is delivered at the beginning of the new season; delivery can take up to 48 hours. Update Siege and check that your platform account is linked to your Ubisoft account. Ubisoft says players with a temporary Ubisoft account ban are not eligible for that season’s rewards (Ubisoft Help: Purchases and Subscription).
- You have a code: Use Ubisoft’s separate code redemption process and select the platform on which you play.
Reward availability and prices can change
Ubisoft’s loyalty terms allow it to update, add, remove, or change rewards available for Units. Check the live Rewards list in Ubisoft Connect for current availability and cost. Ubisoft News once gave a Rainbow Six Siege Guerrilla weapon skin costing 40 Units as an example; that historical example does not confirm that the item or price is still available (Ubisoft News: Get Rewards and Discounts with Ubisoft Units).
