There are three All-Mother offering shrines in the first area of Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon. Give each shrine its three listed ingredients, keep all three reward amulets, then offer them at the altar inside the All-Mother’s Temple. The combined True All-Mother’s Mercy Amulet is worn until fatal damage triggers it, granting permanent +35 maximum health.
Where are the All-Mother shrines, and what do I offer?
Use the nearby landmarks to find each shrine, then offer one of each required ingredient. The first shrine’s stone tablet also lists its ingredients in-game, which is useful if a name differs in your current version.

The third shrine requires bone meal, not bone. The locations and ingredient lists above follow the walkthrough last updated May 30, 2025; shrine-specific behavior in later builds and on every console is not established by the available sources.
Where do I use the three shrine amulets?
Take all three reward amulets to the All-Mother’s Temple and offer them at the shrine altar. The walkthrough places it in the second room on the right. If the room orientation is unclear, look in the temple’s back/right side rooms for the altar.

Do not use or discard the component amulets before combining them: the altar needs all three to create the True All-Mother’s Mercy Amulet.

Why won’t a shrine accept my offering?
Check the stone tablet at the shrine and compare the exact item names shown there with your inventory. For the Ancient Cromlech shrine, make sure you have bone meal rather than bone. If an ingredient name or the shrine’s behavior differs, the tablet is the best in-game confirmation; the latest shrine-specific behavior has not been verified across current builds.
