For base Frontline Elegance Mejiro McQueen, build around her natural strengths: use Pace as your default running style, prioritize Speed, and invest heavily in Stamina for medium- and long-distance races. Add enough Power to support acceleration and passing. Her listed Stamina and Wit growth bonuses can make those stats more efficient to train, but they do not establish a single ideal stat total or support-card deck.
Which Mejiro McQueen are you building?
These recommendations apply to base Frontline Elegance McQueen. Other costumes are separate versions and can have different aptitudes or skills, so check the character version before following a build. The available data does not establish one current, authoritative build for every scenario.
Cygames’ official character profile describes McQueen as a long-distance runner whose main goal is winning the Tenno Sho. That character concept aligns with her base version’s listed distance aptitudes, but it is not itself a gameplay build guide.
What are McQueen’s strongest aptitudes?
The unofficial database Umamusume.Run lists the following aptitudes and growth bonuses for base Frontline Elegance McQueen (accessed 2026):
#1 Best Overall
- BOWSER JR. ACTION FIGURE FROM THE MOVIE: Kids get the Koopa prince exactly as he looks in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, with premium sculpted details from his horns to his shell.
- MARIO TOYS FOR MISCHIEF MAKERS: 17 points of articulation let Bowser Jr. swing, scheme and battle Mario in pretend play. Sturdy plastic and a 5 inch size fit little hands ages 3 to 6.
- SIGNATURE PAINTBRUSH ACCESSORY: Story time gets more creative. Bowser Jr.'s paintbrush lets kids recreate his graffiti tricks and stage villain moments in group play with other Mario figures.
- BOWSER JR. GIFTS FOR KIDS AND COLLECTORS: A standout birthday or Christmas gift for boys and girls 3 and up. The window box doubles as display packaging, and he makes a fun cake topper.
- COLLECT THEM ALL: Bowser Jr. joins Mario, Yoshi and Rosalina in Wave 1, each sold separately, so kids can pit heroes against villains and grow their collection of Super Mario figures.
| Build detail | Base Frontline Elegance |
|---|---|
| Surface | Turf A |
| Distance | Medium A; Long A; Mile F; Short G |
| Running style | Pace A; Front B; Late D; End F |
| Growth bonuses | Stamina +20%; Wit +10% |
These figures are database values, not official Cygames build recommendations. They make medium and long races the natural starting point. Short and mile races are poor defaults unless an objective or deliberate aptitude modification gives you a reason to pursue them.
Which running style should you choose?
Pace is the natural default
Pace has an A aptitude, so it is the straightforward starting style for a general career build. Choose skills and training with the race distance and course in mind rather than assuming one skill set will fit every race.

Front can work with a specific plan
Front has a B aptitude and can be viable when your strategy, skills, and race plan support it. It is not the default supported by her listed aptitudes in the same way Pace is.
Late and End need a clear reason
Late is D and End is F for this version. Treat them as non-default options unless you are intentionally modifying aptitude or pursuing a specific objective.

Which stats should you prioritize?
Speed and Stamina form the core
Prioritize Speed while building substantial Stamina for medium- and long-distance races. The distance, course, and mode affect the balance; the available sources do not establish a universal target total.
Use Power to support movement
Build Power alongside the core stats to support acceleration and positioning, including passing. How much you can invest depends on the training scenario and the other stats your build needs.

Let growth bonuses inform, not dictate, training
Umamusume.Run lists a +20% Stamina and +10% Wit growth bonus for base Frontline Elegance (accessed 2026). Those bonuses can make Stamina and Wit training comparatively efficient, but they do not determine final totals or mean Wit should displace the Speed and Stamina priorities of a distance-focused build.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How should you choose support cards?
There is no supported universal “best cards” list for McQueen. Choose a deck around the scenario you are training in, your available cards, and the stats your current build still needs. A simulated build example is not a guarantee of results on another roster or in another mode.
Best Value
- COLLECTIBLE FIGURES AND ROLEPLAY TOYS: Fans, collectors, and kids alike can enjoy these collectible figures and roleplay toys, inspired by characters from the Marvel Universe.
Umamusume.Run’s sample simulations include multiple Guts cards alongside Speed and combinations of Power, Wit, or Stamina. Those are simulation-specific examples, not a broadly validated deck prescription. A Game8 search excerpt for its separate End of the Skies McQueen guide mentions Super Creek for a long-race recovery skill; that is variant-specific context, not evidence for a universal base McQueen recommendation. Game8’s guide pages were inaccessible, so their full recommendations cannot be verified here.
How does the mode change the build?
Career training
For career completion, start from her natural medium and long aptitudes and develop Speed, Stamina, and enough Power for movement and passing. Adapt the deck to the scenario and cards you own; the available sources do not support exact stat targets or a fixed card list.
Champions Meeting and other PvP
PvP builds depend on the specific course, rules, skills, inheritance choices, and current balance. A career-oriented build should not be treated as an automatically competitive PvP build. No exact current PvP thresholds or skill list are established here.
Quick Recap
What to confirm before committing to a build
- Version: Confirm that you are training base Frontline Elegance rather than another costume, such as End of the Skies.
- Mode and objective: Identify whether you are completing a career or building for a particular PvP event.
- Distance and course: Medium and Long are both A for the base version, but the specific race still affects the build choices.
- Running style: Begin with Pace unless your plan specifically justifies Front or another style.
- Roster and scenario: Fit support cards to the training scenario and the cards you actually have, rather than copying a simulation deck blindly.
