Dizzie is listed as a Rare Outfit, but that label does not reveal how many players own it or prove that it is unusually scarce. A community-maintained listing records 101 Item Shop appearances, with the last on September 19, 2021; those are historical shop figures, not ownership statistics or an Epic-confirmed return schedule.
What “Rare” means for Dizzie
“Rare” is Dizzie’s listed cosmetic rarity category. It is not a count of player accounts that own the outfit, and it does not by itself tell you how hard the outfit is to obtain. The category and the outfit’s actual availability are separate questions.
What the listing says about Dizzie’s availability
The community-maintained Fortnite Wiki listing identifies Dizzie as part of the Dizzie’s Domain Pack, gives June 15, 2021 as its release date and records a $3.99 pack price. It also lists 101 shop appearances and September 19, 2021 as the last-seen date. These are the listing’s historical records, not figures confirmed by Epic Games. The 101 appearances count shop history; it does not measure how many players own Dizzie. Fortnite Wiki: Dizzie
Does Dizzie return to the Item Shop?
Epic says the Item Shop “constantly rotates” and advises players to check back if an item they want is no longer available. That guidance does not promise that Dizzie will return, or give a date for a possible return. Its recorded last-seen date is historical, not a forecast. Is Dizzie available now?
Current availability has not been confirmed here. Check the live Fortnite Item Shop for its status; the historical listing and Epic’s general rotation guidance cannot establish what is in the shop today.
Does the Battle Pass return policy apply?
Not on the evidence available for Dizzie. Epic’s guidance about possible Item Shop returns concerns qualifying Pass items beginning with Chapter 5 Season 4 and says a return is not guaranteed. The sources reviewed do not establish that Dizzie is one of those Pass items, so that policy should not be treated as a promise about this outfit.
