Rebuild the Withered Wasteland Pokémon Center
The Withered Wasteland Center is the first rebuild most players encounter. These requirements and steps are reported by Nintendo Life’s Withered Wasteland guide; check the in-game kit screen in case the displayed request differs.
- Raise the region to Environment Level 3. The Rebuilding Kit is not available until you meet this progression requirement.
- Save 1,000 Life Coins and buy the Pokémon Center Rebuilding Kit. After purchase, the kit appears beside the Center rubble.
- Examine the kit. It shows the material and helper requests for the project before you gather or assign everything.
- Collect the materials: 20 Lumber, 20 Stone, 10 Leaf, and 10 Vine Rope. Lumber requires a Pokémon with Chop and two Sturdy Sticks. Stone can be found while exploring or obtained by breaking cracked red brick blocks. Gather Leaf from plants or, sometimes, Tall Grass; obtain Vine Rope from Bellsprout or cut vines in caves.
- Assign eight different Pokémon: one with Bulldoze (the guide names Onix), one with Build (Timburr), one with Chop (Scyther), and five other Pokémon.
- Bring the helpers and materials to the ruins and start construction. Nintendo Life reports that the Center finishes by the next in-game day.
What to know about Centers in other regions
Do not assume that the Withered Wasteland recipe applies everywhere. The inspected guides give a distinct recipe for Sparkling Skylands, while requirements for Bleak Beach and Rocky Ridges are not established consistently. The in-game kit request is the best guide for the location you are working on.
Sparkling Skylands
Nintendo Life’s Sparkling Skylands guide reports that this rebuild also unlocks at Environment Level 3 and costs 1,000 Life Coins for the kit. Its documented request is:

The guide advises finishing the region’s story first because some supplies and Pokémon overlap with its large-building request. It says to return after 5 a.m. the next day.
Bleak Beach and Rocky Ridges
Available guide details do not establish their exact requirements consistently. Examine each region’s Rebuilding Kit before farming materials or assigning helpers; neither the Withered Wasteland amounts nor its specialty roles should be treated as a universal recipe.

Which Centers are needed for the story?
Nintendo Life identifies the four main-story Centers in Withered Wasteland, Bleak Beach, Rocky Ridges, and Sparkling Skylands as required for the credits. Palette Town is not among those four. Another overview counts five Centers by including Palette Town, so “four main-story Centers” is the useful distinction rather than an unqualified total.

Nintendo’s Pokémon Pokopia update history records fixes for construction-related problems. Version 1.0.3 addressed an issue in Sparkling Skylands where Pokémon requested for construction could disappear and impede progress on the huge-building request. Its notes also say: “If construction is carried out in a certain way, building projects will not be completed until the in-game date changes.” Version 1.0.4 includes fixes involving Pokémon Center relocation during events and Center rebuilding decorations.
