Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteYou can ask Roblox to review a terminated account, but restoration is not guaranteed. Start with the moderation notice: it tells you whether to appeal through Violations & Appeals or the Roblox Support Form. Submit promptly, using the account’s valid email address.
Choose the appeal route shown in your moderation notice
Roblox says the moderation notice identifies the route available for that action. Follow the notice rather than sending the same appeal through multiple channels.
| Route | When to use it | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Violations & Appeals | Use it when the notice links to this tool and the violation appears there. | Open the link in the moderation notice, select Appeal, explain why the action merits reevaluation, then check the status shown there. |
| Roblox Support Form | Use it if the violation is not listed in Violations & Appeals or the notice directs you to Support. | Submit an account appeal through the Roblox Contact Us page. |
Roblox’s appeal guidance says the Appeals team reviews the moderation and makes adjustments when necessary. The notice determines which route applies to your case.
Submit a clear appeal before the deadline
For a Support Form account appeal, include the account username and a brief explanation of why you are asking for review. Submit it from a valid email address associated with the account; Roblox says the account owner must make the appeal.

Make one appeal for the moderation action. Roblox says it will not review duplicate appeals for the same action, and a decision that has already been reviewed cannot be reviewed again.
What to include in your request
Keep the explanation factual and focused on why you believe the specific moderation action should be reevaluated. Identify the account and action clearly, and include any relevant context that helps Roblox understand your request. The Support Form’s stated requirements are the username and a brief appeal statement; Roblox does not publish a rubric that predicts whether a particular appeal will succeed.

If you think someone accessed your account
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Roblox Support immediately about the compromise as well as explaining it in your appeal. Roblox’s Terms of Use instruct users to report an account that may be compromised, insecure, or subject to unauthorized use. A compromise report does not automatically reverse a termination, so make the moderation appeal through the route in your notice too.
What an appeal can—and cannot—do
An appeal requests a second look; it is not a promise that Roblox will restore the account. Roblox Support states: “Submitting an appeal does not guarantee the consequence will be removed.” Roblox’s Terms also say it may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, including activity involving alternate accounts, and termination may end access to Robux, experiences, and virtual items.
