There is no verified official Fortnite “naked” or transparent skin, and Epic does not provide a supported way to unlock one. If you mean a regular outfit with revealing clothing, check Fortnite’s official Item Shop and supported unlocks; if you mean changing a character model with a mod or glitch, that is not an official cosmetic route.
What does “naked skin” mean in Fortnite?
The phrase can refer to three different things: an officially released outfit with very little clothing, a supposedly nude or transparent cosmetic, or a modified character model created with third-party software. These are not interchangeable. The official Epic sources reviewed do not identify a nude or transparent outfit or provide an unlock method for one. That does not establish that no revealing outfit has ever appeared; it means a specific outfit’s status should be checked in Fortnite’s current official catalog.
How to get official Fortnite outfits
Epic’s End User License Agreement treats outfits as in-game content. Depending on the item, content may be earned through gameplay, purchased for real money, or obtained with credits such as V-Bucks. Availability and functionality can change, so use Fortnite’s official channels rather than a third-party page claiming to unlock a particular look. Read Epic’s End User License Agreement.
- Open Fortnite and check the in-game Item Shop for outfits currently available.
- For an outfit you have in mind, verify its listing and any supported unlock requirements through Fortnite or Epic’s official channels.
- If the outfit is not currently listed, do not assume a video or website can unlock it; shop availability can change.
Why not use a mod, glitch, or “free skin” unlock?
Epic says Fortnite and Epic Games do not officially support third-party software and advises players to use it at their own risk. A skin-changing mod is therefore not a supported way to obtain an official cosmetic. Epic’s Fortnite Code of Conduct says, “Don’t cheat, grief, or exploit bugs and glitches.” Consequences are handled case by case and can range from a warning to a permanent ban, depending on severity and whether the player is a repeat offender. Epic’s guidance on third-party software and the Fortnite Code of Conduct explain these policies.

Protect your account from fake skin offers
Be wary of sites or videos promising a free nude skin, a transparent skin, or an unlock in exchange for account access, downloads, or payment. Epic warns that unofficial V-Bucks pages are unsafe and says it does not partner with third-party V-Bucks sellers. Its listed safe channels include in-game purchases, the Epic Games Store, the Fortnite Item Shop on fortnite.com, and official V-Bucks cards from authorized retailers. See Epic’s advice on avoiding V-Bucks scams. Never give your Epic account credentials to an unofficial seller or unlock site.
