How to Get a Free Star-Lord Skin in Marvel Rivals (October 2026)

If you mean Star-Lord – Star Swimmer, its limited-time event has ended. The currently listed free Star-Lord cosmetic is Jovial Star, a reward tied to Heroic Journey achievements. You can check its requirements and your progress in the in-game Heroic Journey section.

Which free Star-Lord skin can you get now?

How to unlock Jovial Star

1. Open Marvel Rivals and go to the in-game Heroic Journey section.
2. Review the achievement requirements and progress shown there. The listed route involves playing across different heroes; the guide does not establish a verified point threshold.
3. Complete the displayed requirements, then claim the reward if the game presents a claim option.

Why Star Swimmer is no longer available through its event

Star Swimmer was offered during Krakoan Reels Vol. 2, which the official patch schedule lists as running from August 13 through September 24, 2026, ending at 09:00 UTC. A later guide gives a different expiration date, but the official event schedule is the relevant source for when the event ended.

During the event, a Beebom guide described earning bait by playing matches and gaining XP, collecting 21 fish to reach level 8 in the Exchange Store, and spending 18 silver coins to claim Star Swimmer. Those were event-specific steps; they do not provide a current way to claim the costume.
