You can’t claim the Dress to Impress April Fools’ flamethrower now: it was a limited-time 2025 event reward, and GamesRadar+ listed it as unavailable in a guide updated October 1, 2026. While the event was active, players solved a personal five-digit emoji puzzle; there was no universal code to copy.
How the flamethrower code worked during the event
The historical walkthroughs from The Escapist and GamesRadar+ describe a puzzle that generated a different code for each player. The reward was an April Fools’ event item, not a regular redeemable code.
- Note the emoji sequence. In the lobby, look above the leaderboard for five emojis. The sequence was player-specific.
- Find the matching clues. Search the game for clues pairing those emojis with numbers. The guides mention possible locations such as beside Lana (or Lina)’s desk, above the scarves shelf, behind a railing by the winners’ podium, in a corner of the obby pool, and near the backdrop. Treat these as examples: clue locations and values could vary.
- Build the code in the displayed order. Replace each emoji with its matching number, preserving the five-emoji sequence to make the five-digit code.
- Submit it in the in-game Codes box. The guides describe entering the assembled digits through the normal code screen.
GamesRadar+’s historical instructions say VIP was excluded. These locations and steps explain the expired event only; they are not current content to search for.
When the event ended—and what the reward did
The Escapist reported that the challenge ended April 2, 2025, at 10 AM PDT, after a window of about 24 hours. The guide described the flames as aesthetic only, not a functional combat weapon.

Is there another way to get it?
There is no current route to claim this expired event reward in the available guidance. The official Dress to Impress DLC page describes a separate system: official merchandise may include DLC tokens for virtual rewards, with redemption steps for desktop and mobile. It does not connect those tokens to the April Fools’ flamethrower, so merchandise DLC is not an evidenced substitute for the old puzzle reward.
