Farm Alpha Pals for repeatable drops
PinDrop’s 2026 item reference says all 287 Alpha bosses in its data drop Ancient Civilization Parts, with a 100% drop chance and a yield of 1–9 Parts per kill depending on Alpha level. These are PinDrop’s game-data figures, not a developer-published statistic or a firsthand test. See PinDrop’s item reference.
For a practical loop, use fast-travel points to reach Alpha locations you have already discovered, defeat the bosses, and move on to another known location. Windows Central recommended this approach in a January 2024 guide, but its specific respawn timing is dated; don’t rely on that interval as current. Read the Windows Central guide.
Other ways to find Parts
Dungeon end-chests
Dungeon end-chests are another listed source. Windows Central’s January 2024 guide also recommends clearing dungeon bosses, but its rotation timing is old and should not be assumed to match the current game. PinDrop lists dungeon end-chests.

PinDrop lists Lucky Pals as a source, but the inspected item reference does not state how many Parts they yield. Check the item reference.
Pal expeditions
PinDrop’s loot-table data lists Parts as rewards for several expedition regions. Examples include 1–2 from grassland, 2–3 from forest, 4–5 from desert, and 7–8 from Feybreak expeditions. Its World Tree hard expedition entry lists 9–11 Parts at a 50% chance. These are reference figures from PinDrop’s loot tables, not observed play results. View PinDrop’s expedition entries.

Choose a route that fits your progress
- Want a repeatable combat route? Cycle through Alpha Pals you can defeat, using fast travel between discovered locations.
- Already exploring dungeons? Check the end-chests as an additional source rather than relying on an old rotation schedule.
- Have expeditions available? Use PinDrop’s region-specific loot figures to see which rewards fit your needs and progression.
The available sources do not establish which route is fastest in the current game version, so choose based on what you can access and clear efficiently.
Make sure you need Parts, not Cores
Ancient Civilization Parts and Ancient Civilization Cores are different items. Parts are used in mid-tier Ancient Technology crafting. Cores are associated with late-game recipes and sources such as raid bosses, expeditions, and Oil Rig chests. Confirm the exact item name in the recipe before farming; a Cores guide will not help if you need Parts. PinDrop’s Parts reference.

A January 2024 Windows Central guide reported that the Xbox/Microsoft Store version called the item “Paldium Crystals,” while Steam used “Ancient Civilization Parts.” That naming note may have been overtaken by later updates. Check the in-game item description rather than assuming the older platform distinction still applies. See the dated platform note.
