Link a free 2K Account to the platform account you use to play Civilization VII, then launch the game while online. The official Civilization VII site says Napoleon Bonaparte’s Emperor Persona is delivered automatically in-game; it does not describe a redemption code or separate claim button. Read the official reward details.
Link your 2K Account to Civilization VII
-
Go to portal.2k.com and sign in, or create a 2K Account. If you are registering, 2K’s account troubleshooting guide says to provide an email address, date of birth, and country or region, then verify your email using the message from 2K.
-
Open Connections in the portal. Select Connect beneath the platform you use to play Civilization VII, then follow the prompts. This is 2K’s documented account-linking flow. If selecting Connect appears to do nothing, check whether your browser is blocking pop-ups. See 2K’s troubleshooting steps.
-
Make sure you connect the correct platform profile—the one you use for Civilization VII. Start or restart the game while connected to the internet. The official site says the Emperor Persona is delivered automatically once the account requirement is met.

Napoleon did not appear: what to check
-
Confirm the right platform profile is linked. The reward is tied to the platform account used to play Civilization VII, not just any platform profile connected to your 2K Account.
-
Complete account setup. Check the 2K Portal for missing account information and verify the account email. Then restart the game. These are steps in 2K’s troubleshooting guide.
-
Correct a link to the wrong 2K Account. Sign in to the 2K Account currently connected to the platform, open Connections, and disconnect that platform. Sign out, sign in to the intended 2K Account, verify its email, reconnect the platform, and restart the game. 2K documents this recovery flow in its account troubleshooting guide.
