Upgrade the Rebel Outpost on the Star Wars island to Level 6. Captain Bravara then awards your first Lightsaber. To get more, use Macrobinoculars to locate Imperial Bunkers, clear each enemy-filled section, and open the chest in the final room.
How to reach the Rebel Outpost

Speak with Captain Bravara when she appears in your LEGO Fortnite Odyssey world. She gives you Macrobinoculars.

Use the Macrobinoculars to find the cave marked with a blue Rebel Alliance symbol, then travel through it to reach the Star Wars island.

Use the Macrobinoculars again to locate the nearby Rebel Outpost. Speak to Captain Bravara there and begin the Outpost tasks.

Upgrade the Rebel Outpost to Level 6
Complete the listed work for each level. You will need to build, craft, gather materials, and defeat Stormtroopers:

- Level 2: Clear debris, build the Rebel Farm, build three beds, and collect five pumpkins.
- Level 3: Make a Crafting Bench and craft three Shortswords.
- Level 4: Clear debris, build the Rebel Stables, make a bed for Grrraaalf, and build a barn.
- Level 5: Defeat 10 Stormtroopers and collect 20 Plastoid.
- Level 6: Clear debris, build the Rebel Workshop, make a bed for Myrna Rondo, and craft a Rebel Workbench.
You also need to raise the Village Comfort Level. Add buildings and decorations around the base, then check progress at the Village Hub. Once the Outpost reaches Level 6, Captain Bravara gives you a Lightsaber. LEGO lists these objectives and the reward in its Lightsaber guide and Code Clearance guide.
Find more Lightsabers in Imperial Bunkers
Use the Macrobinoculars to locate an Imperial Bunker. Inside, defeat the enemies in each section to open the red ray shield leading onward. Continue through the bunker and open the chest in the final room to get another Lightsaber. LEGO names blue, green, and red Lightsabers as the available color set; its guides do not establish that the colors have different performance.

The Code Clearance guide says you need a Lightsaber or Code Clearance to enter Imperial Bunkers, and either becomes available after the Rebel Outpost reaches Level 6. Getting the first Lightsaber from Captain Bravara is therefore a direct way to start bunker runs.

Using a Lightsaber drains its charge meter. When the charge runs out, the weapon takes several minutes to recharge. LEGO’s v29.40 update notes say Lightsabers do not break, so depletion means waiting for a recharge rather than replacing a damaged weapon. These official instructions document the May 2024 update, not a live October 2026 patch history; check the current in-game requirements if your Outpost objectives or weapon behavior differ.
