Enter the card’s PIN or redemption code at Roblox.com/redeem after signing in to the account that should receive the value. Roblox confirms when credit or an item has been added.
Redeem the card in a browser
-
Open a web browser and go to Roblox.com/redeem.
-
Sign in to the Roblox account where you want the gift-card value. Check the username before continuing; redemption applies to the account you’re signed in to.
-
Locate the PIN or redemption code on the card or digital-card message. Enter that code in the redemption field—not the barcode.
-
Select Redeem and check for Roblox’s confirmation message that credit or an item was added.

Roblox’s U.S. terms require internet access and a Roblox account; minors need parent or guardian consent under those terms. Terms can vary by location. See Roblox’s U.S. gift-card terms.
What the barcode is for—and where to enter the PIN
The barcode is not the credential Roblox instructs you to enter for redemption. Use the card’s PIN or redemption code in the redemption field. A barcode may help identify a physical product at checkout, but Roblox’s redemption guide tells you to enter the code, not scan the barcode. See Roblox’s gift-card redemption guide.

If the gift-card code doesn’t work
Check look-alike characters
Compare the entered code with the card and check characters that can be confused. Roblox lists these substitutions to verify: 0 (zero) for O; 1 for capital I; 2 for Z; 5 for S; 6 for G or Q; and 8 for B. These are checks, not guaranteed fixes.

Contact Roblox if entry still fails
If the code remains unsuccessful, contact Roblox Support through its official channel. Its support guide asks for the account username, purchase date and amount, place and city of purchase, country of residence, gift-card PIN and serial number, receipt image, card or e-gift-card images, and images of any error message. Keep the PIN private and submit it only through Roblox’s official support channel.
For a missing digital code or retailer promotion
For a digital card purchased through Roblox.com/shopgiftcards, Roblox says cards are sold through CashStar and directs purchase questions to CashStar customer support. If an external retailer promotion promised a gift code that never arrived, Roblox says it does not issue or reissue those codes; contact the retailer.
