How to read the different numbers
- Concurrent players: people playing at the same time. No verified launch total is established by the official announcement reviewed here.
- Total players: people who played over a period of time. This is a different measure from a simultaneous peak and is not established by the 2.8 million claim.
- Twitch viewers: people watching streams. The launch-period figure reported by PC Gamer belongs in this category, not in a player-count chart.
