It is bad for your relationship with Wyll if you are romancing him: he ends the relationship the morning after you accept Mizora’s offer, and the dialogue cannot reverse the breakup. The choice also costs Wyll approval. If you want to keep Wyll as a partner, decline; otherwise, accepting is an optional Act Three story choice.
What happens if you accept Mizora’s offer?
Mizora’s encounter is an optional camp event in Act Three. She is Wyll’s patron, so accepting her offer has particular weight for his story. The central consequence depends on whether Wyll is your partner.
If you are romancing Wyll
Wyll breaks up with you the following morning. The available morning-after dialogue does not change that outcome. Having sex with Mizora also causes a 5-point loss in Wyll’s approval, according to the BG3 Wiki’s Wyll disapproval page, which says its values are based on official in-game dialogue files as of Patch 7. Some follow-up dialogue choices can cause additional disapproval.
If you are not romancing Wyll
The sources establish Wyll’s approval loss, but not a broader main-game penalty from the encounter alone. They do not establish a general combat, equipment, or ending consequence. That is not proof that every companion or ending is unaffected: a complete companion-by-companion outcome matrix is not established.

How the encounter becomes available—and when it can close
Mizora makes the offer at camp during Act Three. According to the BG3 Wiki, you must accept when she presents it; declining closes this romance path. The offer can also be cut off by resolving the Iron Throne, destroying the Steel Watch Foundry, killing Gortash or Ravengard at Wyrm’s Rock Fortress, or crossing the Morphic Pool.

The BG3 Wiki says a romanced companion discovers the encounter; if you have no partner, Wyll catches you. GameSpot reports that Karlach reacts negatively, but that specific reaction has weaker support than the Wyll breakup and approval consequences. The available accounts do not establish every partner’s reaction or its exact effect.

Should you accept?
- Want to keep Wyll as your partner? Decline Mizora’s offer. The next-morning conversation will not save the romance.
- Not romancing Wyll, or willing to end that relationship? You can accept for the optional scene, while accounting for Wyll’s approval loss.
- Want to see the scene later? Decide before progressing through the story events that close the offer; declining it also ends this path.
