When did Kingdom Come: Deliverance II come to GOG?
The game launched on PC on February 4, 2025, and became available on GOG on March 28, 2025—about seven and a half weeks later. GOG’s January 20 announcement had promised the game and Gold Edition “this Spring,” but did not give a specific GOG release date. GOG’s announcement and the March 28 release report establish the timing.
This is a completed release, not an upcoming GOG launch. The available sources confirm that the GOG release followed the PC launch but do not establish why.
Is the GOG version DRM-free, and can you play without Galaxy?
Yes. GOG’s product page labels the game DRM-free and says no activation or online connection is required to play. Galaxy is optional: GOG provides a fully offline installer, so you can install and play without the Galaxy client. Some bonus content may still require an internet connection to download.

What is missing from the GOG version?
PLAION’s Player Account system, Prism Ray Online Services (PROS), is not implemented in the GOG version. As a result, bonus content that relies on PROS to unlock is not available there. This is the key platform-specific caveat if you are choosing GOG for offline installation.
Which editions are on GOG?
The current GOG listing presents Standard and Royal editions. The publisher’s launch announcement named Standard, Gold, and Collector’s editions for the overall February 2025 release, but that does not mean every edition is sold on GOG. Edition availability and included content should be checked on the live GOG listing.

GOG lists these minimum specifications for Windows. They are vendor-published requirements, not independent performance measurements.
