If your League of Legends Clash rewards are missing on EUNE, Riot’s published information does not confirm a current EUNE-wide problem. For Clash 2025, Riot scheduled end-of-season rewards for patch 26.03, and it has separately acknowledged a historical end-of-season reward-delivery bug. Neither statement confirms that your account qualified or that a current regional incident is active. Check the reward tier for the season you mean, then contact Riot Player Support if an expected item is still absent.
What Riot has said about Clash 2025 rewards
Riot’s Player Support article about Clash 2025 end-of-season rewards scheduled delivery during patch 26.03. That is the published schedule for that reward set, not evidence of an active delay today or a promise about another Clash season. The article is in Romanian; Riot lists the reward thresholds in Victory Points (VP) as follows.

Each threshold includes rewards from earlier thresholds in that tier. Riot’s article describes the reward types as icons, logos, and banners. Use Riot’s Clash 2025 end-of-season rewards article to compare the item you expected with the tier list. Reaching a listed threshold is relevant, but the article alone cannot verify your account’s VP total or eligibility.
Does Riot confirm a current EUNE-wide issue?
The available Riot notices do not confirm a current EUNE-specific Clash rewards incident. Riot did acknowledge a separate historical end-of-season reward bug in a notice dated September 5, 2025. It said that players who had received an end-of-season rewards popup but were still missing some or all of the items were affected by a bug Riot was working to fix, and that the rewards would eventually appear.

How to check an individual missing reward
- Identify the reward set. Note which Clash season you mean. Riot’s patch 26.03 schedule applies to its Clash 2025 end-of-season rewards; it should not be treated as a schedule for a different season or reward type.
- Compare the item with Riot’s tier list. For Clash 2025, check the VP threshold and listed icon, logo, or banner in Riot’s reward article. Remember that each threshold includes earlier rewards in the same tier.
- Ask Riot to check your account. If the item still appears to be missing, contact Riot Player Support. Include your Riot ID, the Clash season, the item you expected, and any relevant reward popup or account details. Riot’s public articles cannot establish your personal eligibility or inspect your inventory.

Riot’s Season 2024 article said Honor and Clash rewards would be distributed after Season 2024 Split 3. Its mid-October 2024 ticket guidance referred to those 2024 rewards, including separate ranked rewards; it is not current delivery guidance for Clash 2025 or later.
