Is Patch 1.2 the current version?
No. Patch 1.2 is a historical update from March 2025, not the current version. PLAION’s support archive lists later releases through Patch 1.5.6. That later update includes Steam Controller support and quest fixes.
Patch 1.2.4 also followed the original update. Its notes added a bald hairstyle option for Henry and documented, among other fixes, an issue involving saves when too many mods were installed. Those are later changes, not features to attribute to Patch 1.2 itself.
