Xbox’s July 16, 2024, Wave 2 announcement listed five Game Pass arrivals from July 16 through July 19. The games did not all share the same platform availability, and the announcement is a historical schedule—not a claim about what is included in Game Pass today.

These are Xbox’s announcement descriptions, not independent reviews or performance assessments. In particular, Xbox named Xbox Series X|S for Flintlock and Dungeons of Hinterberg, while its entries for the other three games used the broader label “Console.”
How the games differ
- For cooperative play: Flock is the entry the announcement explicitly describes as cooperative.
- For action combat: Flintlock combines melee, gunpowder, and magic; Kunitsu-Gami pairs action with village-defense strategy.
- For exploration and puzzles: Dungeons of Hinterberg centers on dungeons, puzzles, magic, and monsters.
- For platforming and crafting-style activities: Magical Delicacy combines pixel-art platforming with cooking and deliveries.
Xbox’s post does not provide review scores, comparative quality judgments, or performance testing, so these descriptions help distinguish play styles rather than rank the games.
