Who is the new Tekken 8 DLC character?
Bob, nicknamed the “Onigiri Savior,” is the newest character in TEKKEN 8 Season 3. Bandai Namco’s announcement describes him as combining speed, power, and Freestyle Karate. That is the publisher’s characterization, not an independent assessment of his gameplay.

Bob was first introduced in TEKKEN 6. Bandai Namco describes his TEKKEN 8 appearance as a modern-day version of the character. The announcement was published by Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. on August 20, 2026. Read the official announcement.
When did Bob become available?
Bandai Namco said Season 3 Pass holders had early access, with Bob available for purchase by all players starting August 24, 2026. The announcement does not give a regional storefront-by-storefront schedule or a current individual DLC price, so check the relevant platform store for present availability and pricing.

The Season 3 Pass listing also includes Kunimitsu and an Aurora Arrange Pack. The Japanese page lists the pass at ¥3,600 plus tax and says it includes 120-hour early access to listed content.
