How Connections works
Connections presents 16 words and asks players to sort them into four groups of four that share a common theme. The New York Times describes yellow as the easiest category and purple as the trickiest, with green and blue between them. The daily puzzle releases at midnight in the player’s timezone. See the NYT Connections Help Center for the official game information.
