Each group contains four words from the board’s set of sixteen:

How the groups fit together
Containers
BUCKET, CAN, DRUM, and TIN all name things used to hold or store something.
Laundry services
DRY, FOLD, PRESS, and WASH are actions or services associated with laundry.

CLASH, CURE, DAMNED, and FALL point to The Clash, The Cure, The Damned, and The Fall. The shared clue is that each is a British band formed in the 1970s whose name begins with “The.”
ROCK ___
BOTTOM, LOBSTER, MUSIC, and SALT each follow ROCK to make a familiar phrase.
